Re: adium on multiple computers

You can use Dropbox such as explained in this guide. Just remember not to have Adium open on two machines at the same time, and make sure the logs are synced through Dropbox before you open Adium on the other machine. Otherwise you'll loose data.

That's probably because your problem has nothing to do with the rest of the thread.

Vienna runs into a wheel of death

Started happening out of nowhere. 3.1.5 and 3.1.6rc2 both show the spinning wheel of death, and doesnt recover until I force quit it. This happens before anything loads in the left side of the window. Removing the preferences file (uk.co.opencommunity.vienna2.plist) remedies the crashing, but no fee...

Standard settings and some bugs on first run

I formatted my iMac recently, so had to set up Vienna again, and made these observations: • Check for newer versions of Vienna upon start preference is off by default - Why is that? • Standard location for saved files is set to the Desktop. I believe this should be the Downloads folder instead. • Al...

Re: Is Adium Still Supported?

Adium is an open source application, so the activity of the project depends entirely on people working in their free time. Recently there hasn't been any major activity, but so far the project is not deemed dead by any means. This also means that someone may suddenly get a spike of energy and do a l...

Re: Snow Leopard (10.6.x) and 32-bit Mac support

Vienna is already working fine for most people and will most likely never stop working, so apart from security/bug fixes, I see no reason to keep support for OS that are more than 2-3 years old personally.

Re: Request: Add plugin folder to Application Support

Not at all - I didn't know that you could place plugins in that folder, since there's not a folder called "Plugins" created automatically by Vienna. The plugin I use ( Papers2 ) does not come with an installer of any sort. But I just created the folder manually, and it does indeed work! :)...

Request: Add plugin folder to Application Support

I'd like to request that additional plugins can be installed in ~/Library/Application Support/Vienna/ instead of in the application binary. Every time the app is updated, any manually added plugins are deleted. Just for Vienna 3.0, this means that I've installed the plugin i use at least 50 times (2...

Re: 3.0.0 RC3 Crashes When I delete All Entries

Same crash upon refresh, after waking from sleep. Looks the same as the earlier crashes we reported with RC2, although the newer build should have that fixed I believe? This is my first crash since though, so something must have worked! 8) Edit: Just updated to RC4, so lets see if that does the tric...
