"Always show this contact" doesn't

Hi all.
I have Adium set to hide offline contacts. However, I also have my wife's Jabber account toggled to "Always show this contact." I assumed this would make her account visible even if she was offline (and grayed-out.) Apparently, I'm wrong in this assumption. Her Jabber account never appears until she logs-in on her end.

Am I misinterpreting the way hiding/showing works? If so, no biggie.

I believe your assumption was correct. If "always show this contact" doesn't do just that, it's probably a bug.

When I used that feature in the past, it worked but I haven't for a while.
