Nothing appears when selecting a feed - refreshing impossible

Hi,

I'm facing a problem for so long now.
When I select the RSS, there is nothing showing or even happening. I press refresh, the wheel turns but eventually nothing happens neather.
When I go to the RSS info, in the "General" section, it is written 0 articles and 0 unread because of course there is nothing displayed in Vienna ; and in the "flux URL" section, it shows a right URL address that is fully operational when I try it on the RSS tester online.
So, I don't understand what causes this problem.
I even exported all my feeds in .opml, deleted Vienna, reinstalled it, imported the .opml, but nothing worked, the same situation comes again.
Could you please help me with this issue?

I'm using most updated Vienna 3.1.8 with Mac OSX 10.11.6 El Capitan

Thanks,

Hi there,

It sounds like your database could be corrupt.
If you go to main Finder menu and then choose "Go" and "Go to folder" then enter: "~/Library/Application Support" and when it opens delete the "Vienna" folder.
Then try and open Vienna and then import your opml file again.

Let me know if you need any further help with this.

Cheers,
Josh

Thank you Josh. Restored Vienna folder from time machine backup made prior to date the feeds list stopped working -- and now it works again.

Cheers!

Hi Josh,

It has been so long since I wrote you, and I got no notification or email to my post so I thought nobody answered but yes.
And your solution works actually perfectly and I can use Vienna again !!

Thanks a lot.
