Perian Doesnt Work

I installed perian succesfully but it doesnt work at all i uploaded some pictures anyone could help me please :)

You likely didn't restart Safari after installing it.

Two days have passed already ( it means i have already turned off my mac )

do i have to restart safari After instalation?
