I have set up the latest version of growl on my mac and the latest version of prowl on my iphone.
Growl is configured to send an alert when I receive a message from Adium running on my mac.

The notification is sent to prowl, HOWEVER, it just says "this is a preview of the prowl display". It doesn't say that the notification is from Adium and doesn't say anything about "message received from adium" etc.

I think something is going wrong. Can anyone help to solve this issue?

EDIT: And now I'm receiving zero notifications to my iphone even though I've just had a long conversation with someone on Adium :-s
I'm also NOT getting a GROWL notification on message received:

Can you double check that the 'Prowl' setting for the specific notification is saved? Growl was having issues for a while (and may still) where per-notification style settings were ignored.

Also, double check that Growl is running (not stopped). Even if it's not going to the Prowl server you should definitely see the notifications pop up from Adium.

The "this is a preview…" is the message that's pushed when you press the 'preview' button.

I only get the following Growl notifications:
Skype - Contact signs on and off
Adium - Contact signs on and off

I can turn on/off notifications for these "working settings". Also, Prowl works fine for this.

Notifications that don't work in Growl:
Skype - Incoming call
Adium - Message received

tbh, I think I should post this in Growl support. Prowl seems to be working fine...
