"Slide to View" function in lock screen.

Postby DuranDuran » Sat Nov 06, 2010 9:48 pm

Ok, I understand that when I get a new notification it says "slide to view" when the screen is locked... and if i do not answer the notification that option to view it will go away once the screen relocks itself...

..So my question is, is there a way to make the Prowl app push notifications for the iPhone say "Close" and "View" (like when the phone is unlocked on my springboard and I receive a push) for every notification?

I am jailbroken if that helps.

Nope. The OS controls the display and there's no option for this. You can also quickly tap the power button twice to make it "slide to unlock" after a notification is received.
