Apply permissions recursively should still work but you may need to refresh the directory listing to view the changes applied inside the directory.

When choosing Edit → Copy URL the username is included in the URL but not the password for security reasons.

The issue is a bug in the Sparkle Updater framework shipped with these older versions of Cyberduck. When checking the minimum system requirement it crashes. The minimum system requirement was added to the update feed just recently because version 3.3 of Cyberduck requires OS X 10.5 or later. We will...

We have an issue with the mirroring of the download site. We now handle the traffic ourselves and the links should work again as a temporary measure.
