Using 0.77 now and I had that same problem, 100% CPU usage and it was Finder that was doing most of the damage. This happened after some file transfers, about 5 files, each about 500 kb in size ... the files all transfered ok and once I quit Finder (not Relaunch) from Activity Monitor and restarted ...
