I didn't need to with mine but i don't know if you'll have to with different types of routers.

I haven't had a look at the .8 build yet (can wait for a final compiled version), but what's the status of file transfers? Will .8 have a GUI for this? And will it work for all protocols? Or at least for MSN and AIM :) Also, I really hope you add an auto-accept file transfers option. There IS a GUI...

I was having the same problem but it now seems to be fixed as I managed to sign in about 5 minutes ago.

I'm certain it was an msn issue as i couldnt connect using any IM client apart from msn messenger itself :S

just wondering where you got that camera icon in your dock...the ones on your desktop are pretty awesome too...nice! Well the blue ones on the desktop are "Eternal Blue" you can get them at Aquasoft. The Camera icon you can get from http://interfacelift.com/icons-mac/ it's a few pages in....

In the latest builds I believe they've removed the requirement for the 10.2.8 SDK so you should be able to build without it. I've not had chance to try it yet as im on my way to bed.

I dare say it's just a temporary thing. I've noticed on my contact list in some of the more recent builds that there is a black line between the group and the contact part of the list.

As you say lots of changes are being made all the time. these small flaws will be fixed im sure!
