cocoaforge

I've upgraded to the the latest version of cyberduck and it was supposed to save all my data. It is asking for a password (which I don't remember) and I cannot log onto my host. Does cyberduck have any access to old passwords? where do I proceed? I need to be able to access my files online :( HELP!...
