All fixed! I installed the Logitech Control Center software for the first time when I upgraded to Leopard, so I just followed this instructions from the following thread to remove the LCC Scroll Enhancer Loader. Growl notifications work again!

Adium and other apps not working
Growl notifications used to work fine, but now aren't appearing for the growl-enabled apps that I use (Adium, ChatX, or Mozy). I'm not sure when the problem started, but it's possible this happened when I upgraded to Leopard. I have reinstalled both Adium 1.1.4 and Growl 1.1.2 to no avail. The test ...
