no, stupid me all that did was erase all my aliases. is there any way to go about fixing this without having to redo all my aliases?

heh..that seemed to solve it...i moved the contact list.plist into a different folder along with byobject folder, and in the ~/Library/Caches, i moved my usernames folder within the adium cache folder to a different location, and low and behold adium signed on and my contact list was in username mod...

adium sillyness is driving me up the wall
it happened around adium .8b11...every time i open adium my contact list is viewed by alias, when the prefs specifically say username. i went to view> contact name format, and "username" IS selected...i reselect and all goes back to normal..that is..until i quit and re-open..any suggestion...
