why do i get invalid port command everytime i connect? it also says timeout (120 seconds) please help, it's been a couple of months with past versions as well, of non-connection! do i have a bug? how do i clear it? thanks

have been trying to connect to server for several days already but my password has been rejected over and over even though it is correct. also newly updated files do not show, older files show instead. please can someone through some light on this? thanks!!
