Actually there is a solution. You can go and unblock your contact through the msn messenger program. Then the contact will be unblocked when using adium. Adium is able to contact msn and block a contact but unable to do the opposite. So to unblock someone you have to do it through msn messenger.

I also have the same problem. I was joking with a good friend of mine and blocked him and now he never sees me online.
