I've looked through all of the material here: http://growl.info/downloads_developers.php, but I just can't find it. Is it really there or am I blind?

So I've just installed Irssi (not MacIrssi) and i would really like growl to work with that so I looked around and came across this site: http://growl.info/documentation/irssi.php. Now my question is: where can I download growl.pl, I can't seem to find it ANYWHERE.
