I held off over night then tried logging on again this morning, using 1.4b4 and it worked, must have been a server problem. First I've had in a long time, and what timing of it too.

I've updated again to 1.4b5 and it's signed in, so I'll proceed as normal now.

I've just rolled back to the last stable release and the problem still exists.

It wasn't there using 1.4b4 which I was using till the new update, which was seconds before installing it.

Just installed the 1.4b5 version and tried to sign into my accounts, gmail, twitter and skype connect fine, but MSN doesn't connect. Checking the details on the connection, it sits at (Retrieving Buddy List 100%) I tried changing the connection type to HTTP, and also via a proxy but it didn't resolv...
