Cara just sussed my 'Log In' problem, the host had denied 'ftp' access as a security measure as some passwords were not suitable, check with your host to see if they have done the same on your account, I'm with Namesco by the way ... mine is all OK now as access has been re-instated, my problem was ...

manage to find the problem, nothing to do with Cyberduck, ftp access was not activated at my host (which passes as a Private Key they informed me) due to a password upgrade, all sorted now ... :grin:
