Решил проблему. Для изменения своего айпи используйте TOR - http://www.torproject.org/ Устанавливаете TOR,запускаете, затем в настройках учетной записи ICQ в Adium пишем прокси-сервер 127.0.0.1:9050 :D Все :idea: I've solved the problem.
