that doesnt work

when i'm useing growl with adium and my buddies are IM-ing me a bunch, the screen gets filled fast with all the notes and i dont like having to bother clicking every one of the notifications to get them to go away. how do i make it so the note dissapears or something after a bit?? e-mail me. henryth...
