I'm having this same problem without finding a workaround. I don't have PTHVolume installed and use the sound control panel for it. No matter what I do, so long as a USB headset is plugged in, Adium's sounds go to the headset. Period. This happens with multiple accounts. I'm running Adium 1.3.2 on a...
