I'm still having this problem. Any solutions?

For some reason I keep getting this authorization request from this one user every time I sign into Audium. I just want to delete it so it doesn't show up anymore. I have tried all the options (authorize, ignore, deny) but the little window keeps popping up. How do I get rid of this? Let me know if ...
