I'd like to add my 2cents. I see the same behavior after upgrading to 1.5. Additional details... I also have a contact set to show even if offline. They don't appear by default. If I uncheck "hide offline contacts" from the View menu and then immediately recheck it, the contact appears cor...

I will answer here: yes, I'm seeing the same behavior (80-100% CPU) and I am using Snow Leopard.
