My speeds spike and then go down to 2 kbs/s... what's the deal? Can I fix it? It doesn't usually give me this probably in MSN messenger.

I'm just experiencing REALLY slow transfer speeds of around 2 kbs/s. I don't know why... it works a lot faster on the normal msn messenger. Explaination?
