I did a comparison between the old Adium client and AdiumX and noticed that with the old client I only used about 2MB per month in bandwidth, but with AdiumX I'm closer to 8-10MB per month. I'm assuming it has something to do with the differences in protocol, but why so much overhead? Perhaps it has...
