I just open up OnyX and do a complete optimization whenever I feel like a defrag. OS X typically doesn't need it as much 'cause HFS+ does some defragging on the fly (with hotspots and such). I haven't tried OnyX. And sure, OS X doesn't need it as much, but 20 MB and under is hardly what I call usef...

Oh, and I have been using iDefrag for a bit. It's not that bad. At least from someone who goes through several gigs a day.

I have been using this for a while and now all of the sudden (.84) it just slowed down beyond comprehension and won't get any better.
