Ah, I thought "Home" meant "Mac HD", not my user. I just deleted all the transcripts, a full GB worth, and it works now. Appreciate the help!!

I've had this problem for over a week. I've tried downloading and installing several other versions (1.3.10, 1.4.4), restarting my computer and such. It won't even send an error report, I keep getting "Submission Failed. Your report could not be sent at this time, please try again later". ...
