I've updated to 1.5.3, still not working, seems there's no help available on this! Anyone?!

I have been unable to log in to Adium (1.5.2) since last Friday. Adium attempts to login but says 'Unable to find user', having hung at 33% connected for a while, then fails. Have followed all instructions on forums etc for connection issues, including deleting/renaming old library files. Have also ...
