'sticky' is not and was not selected...

anything else i should look for?

ok, i am back, and here is the issue now.... when someone logs in and out, the box shows up in the upper right hand corner, but it never leaves... when someone messages me, the box hangs for a second, then fades away... i need the log ins and outs to fade away too.. i know it shouldnt be this hard.....

that was very helpful, I think I have solved it...
now that the blurb is showing again, it is hanging on the screen for too long of a period...

where can I go to tweak this and shorten the time that the growl stays on my screen?

David, I can "hear" a growl or chirp, but there is no 'bubble' to appear giving me a visual of who it was..

I would like to reactivate that visual feature.. what would that be called?
