I thought it was odd that beta 18 could fetch feeds but not browse sites. It all goes through the proxy.

The user-agent was what I suspected but wouldn't have thought it used different ones at different times. Makes sense to make Vienna more consistent.

I have a rather unique situation, I think. I use Vienna for both internal company feeds and external public feeds. In my situation: Internet access goes through a proxy.
