I deleted Newsfire from the Preferences, then relaunched it again. I had notification that Newsfire had registered.

However, I just get the same Application Folder icon in the Preference Pane.

Application Icons

I am sure this has been answered elsewhere but I am trying to get Newsfire to use Growl. It works ok, but I just get the Application folder icon when I get notifications - not the Newsfire one. I have Newsfire in my applications folder. What's wrong? Other Apps use their own icon but not Newsfire. I...

so any notification you receive always has to include the words 'new mail', is that correct?

How can you edit the notification title?
