Re: Vienna 3 BETA released

Does Feedly offer syncing? Since gReader is taking off, will it be possible to sync with Feedly? I was looking forward to having a way to synchronize read/unread articles - over all I prefer Vienna for the desktop - in browser options are too limited and don't allow for local storage amongst other t...

Re: [READ CAREFULLY] Google Reader Sync

How is this supposed to be working? I exported all my feeds to OPML, went into google reader, deleted everything there then imported my opml db so that gReader would have the same feeds I'd been using. I cleared them all out of Vienna then checked sync with reader. I get a small window that allows m...

Has movement ceased on G-Reader sync? I was really looking forward to this feature!

Re: New Developer: Google Reader Syncing

The few times I've used folders were to group a couple more gossipy tech feeds together. Perhaps you could use a kind of Genre tag to group them together and give the appearance of a folder? I really appreciate your work on this feature. I haven't found a reader I've liked like Vienna, but there bei...

Re: Version 2.6 and Beating NetNewsWire

Oh man, Google Reader sync would be awesome. This is great news, even if only in the conceptual stage. Moving between vienna and google reader on the iphone blows. I always have to clear out all the articles I've got in vienna then clear out all articles in google reader. Then when I'm mobile I know...

Re: Can't install GrowlMail 1.1.5

Same here. Was using 1.1.4. I recently enabled FileVault on this account. After a few launches Mail.app would just crash with the "at fault of growlmail plugin". Couldn't get the crashes to cease so I manually removed it from the bundles folder and now Mail.app starts up just fine. So I do...

Re: Horrendous dupes - what's going on here?

The duplicates are articles in different feeds. For example, in your screenshot the 3 articles with the title "Confirmed: 2.2.1 iPhone APIs remain unchanged" come from the 3 feeds Ars Technica - Guides, Ars Technica - News, and Infinite Loop. In Vienna, you're looking at a folder "Ar...

Re: Horrendous dupes - what's going on here?

You're aware that Ars has changed it's feed address? The current address for the main page is http://feeds.arstechnica.com/arstechnica/index?format=xml. The one you're using completely quit working for me when they switched over to the new look. The screenshot is from the 30th, the feed that died d...

Horrendous dupes - what's going on here?

After hunting through the list here I see that Vienna is, in fact, supposed to recognize GUIDs - however I'm getting a HUGE number of duplicates from this list: http://arstechnica.com/site/rss-feeds.ars Here: http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/18205/Screenshots/RSSBALLLLLS.png I've spoken with the devs and ...

Actually I have this issue as well - and you don't need to remove and re-add it to spaces prefpane in order to fix it (if only temporarily). I have my window depth level (in a non standard theme: simpledesktop) set at below other windows. Whenever I launch adium within a single session I have to go ...

1.1.2 - Combined my buddy list? Mobile Device??

I just installed 1.1.2 and it combined two of my buddy lists (aim) and renamed it Mobile Device. Uh.. why? It's pretty annoying. I can fix it but I'd like to know why this happened to begin with. I've never had a buddy list labeled as Mobile Device before. TIA Edit: Ok.. strike that.. I don't seem t...

Yeah it says: Ogg data, OGM video (XviD)

Can you link me to more info on this 'hack'?
Is there anyway I can get it to work at all or is there any kind of attention towards getting this to work in the future, or should I give up hope of viewing it in niceplayer/quicktime etc?

Thanks again!
