After you save the new file somewhere else, give it the same name as the old file if needed, and drag it into the same folder the older one is and replace. can't do it... won't let me put anything new in the file, or replace the old one. Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Emoticons/(the emoticons name). Right click on it, show package contents, find the Emoticons.plist file and open it in text edit.
