The 2.6 update did not resolve our problem.

SOCKS proxy error in 10.4.6
We've just started to test using Cyberduck at my work and after the 10.4.6 update we can no longer connect to any FTP sites (internal or external). The error says "IO Error: Malformed reply from SOCKS server" when connecting to a bookmark or a new site. Folks using Mac OS X 10.4.5 can stil...
