I've fixed the problem now. It seems the problem was down to the OS X firewall. Apple must have done an update which must have stopped Cyberduck communicating with the internet.
I opened port 21 (by enabling the FTP access option) on the firewall and this seems to have fixed the problem.

Listing Directory Problem
I've been using Cyberduck for some time now but suddenly it has developed a problem. When I try to log on to any of my servers it connects ok and then tries to list directory, this does not work and it eventually times out. This used to work ok in the past and I havent made any changes to my compute...
