Re: several issues using cyberduck on our mac's
Sounds like the issue is Cyberduck rather than the Mac, since restarting Cyberduck often fixes it. I'm guessing it's a memory leak, but could be wrong. That is one cause of a program to slow over time - uses more and more memory, bogging down the entire system. How much memory is on the laptop versu...

Re: New to ftp and seeking some help
It also depends on whom you want to share your files with. The previous poster described sharing them on the internet, but if you only want to share files with a local network, you don't need FTP or a host. Your computer will work fine for that. Whether or not you need to have it set up as a special...

Re: no files listed on server side
Try using passive mode in Cyberduck for the FTP connection (instead of turning on FTP in your Sharing prefs). Passive mode FTP is a common way of getting around difficulties with firewalls.

Default behavior of "Add to keychain" for passwords?
Hi,
Many times I don't want to add the password to the keychain. The box seems to be always checked by default, though, so I have to uncheck it every time I log in.
Is there a way to make it unchecked by default?
Thanks,
Kent
