I downloaded cyberduck to transfer my new webpage. It disconnects after about 15 minutes. FAQ said to check no operation commands but still disconnects. Is it becaue I'm using wireless. Any ideas?

Downloaded cyberduck and tryed to upload my new webpage. Disconnected twice. In faq it said to CHECK send no operation command if timing out. Tried it and still disconnedted. Is disconnecting the same as time out? Any ideas?
