First I located the:

/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Message Styles

Then selected the:

"Show Package Contents"

Deleted the Status.html saved and I still get the join/enter & left/exit messeages.
At least I'm on the right track this time.

Sorry I'm tring to follow you but I did locate the /Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Message Styles (but there isn't anything in Message Styles folder).

I have no idea where or what this is your taking about. I've went to Status, I've checked for something called status.html if this what your asking or it is deeper in the system. Can you give me a little more advice on where I need to locate this?.
