Does anyone have a suggestion of how I can troubleshoot this "unintended behavior"? I'd like to start with something short of a complete uninstall/reinstall.

Yep. Connected on both accounts. Identical buddy lists (checked by logging into each seperately). But drop down only available for some SNs and not others. This is frustrating.

Still having this problem. I have signed on seperately to my AIM and then seperately to my .Mac SNs and the buddy lists are identical.

However, I still do not have drop down selection for some SNs that are on both lists.

Thanks. Going through some of the other people on my buddy list does indeed invoke the drop down. What is weird is that all my SNs are shown as been under both my .Mac and AIM accounts (when you go to get info for a SN and accounts tab). But the dropdown appears only for some.
