iunno about vertical groups with horizontal contacts... that would take up a lot of screen space for me.

but i definitely like the horizontal groups

i hope im just missing something somewhere and you really can get it to go horizontal.. that would be fun for a while

i havent ever made a message style per say, but theyre just xhtml and css in which ive had plenty of experience with. feel free to pm/im/e-mail/whatever me if you have a question

resizing an image using anything is going to look like ass, your best bet is to just make a tall image, and let the window reveal more or less as the window is resized

yeah, what kind of help do you need? im not quite sure where youre going with the JavaScript on a message style

.... <br /> is the xHTML link break command. HTML 4.x and prior is just <br> and there is no closing tag. that being why there is a " /" in xHTML. new rules require that ALL tags close including img, link, etc.
