UPDATE - I GOT IT!

Yeah! I got it to work! Here is how it played out.... I had to type in this string: ftp-www.isp.net then my user id; http://www.whetever@isp.net then my password: xxxxxxxxx I wasn't typing in the "ftp-" part. THANKS so much for your help...you really got my brain going on this! I REALLY ap...
