Is there any way I could have my Vertically scaled, borderless window to expand upward when a new contact signs in, rather than add a line downward?

Ever since I have upgraded to 1.0, I have been having troubles connecting to my AIM accounts. I will get it intermittantly, but never guaranteed, and it usually disconnects me within a few hours, and won't let me reconnect. Nothing shows in Console when I run Adium, or when it has troubles connectin...
