1. Please always review the suggested synchronisation carefully; it is known not to be reliable because of timezone issues and many servers not supporting setting the timestamp on uploaded files.

If you want to contribute a translated help for any language, you can just download the english pages, translate them and send them back to feedback@cyberduck.ch.

Yes, this has been submited as ticket #65 ( http://trac.cyberduck.ch/ticket/65 ); there is no fix yet.

This website is served by Apache Httpd. Check the setting named DirectoryIndex (lookup in the apache httpd manual or ask your server administrator if you aren't yourself.)

This could be the same as described in ticket #71 (http://trac.cyberduck.ch/ticket/71). There is no resolution yet.

This is a wild guess but if the foldername is ending with a whitespace ('foldername ') then Cyberduck will not parse it correctly and send 'foldername' to the server instead.

Have you tried another file without an apostroph?

The log drawer is no more included because of its slow performance when logging large directory listings and numerous crashes it caused. Better performance and stability outweighted the feature. If you still want to see the transcript you can use Console.app and lower the logging level in cyberduck ...

This is when Cyberduck does not succeed to connect to http://update.cyberduck.ch/ for some reason. Can have many reasons.

For some reason the host key verification fails (not when using openssh but with Cyberduck). I don't have any solution currently; the failure is in the RSA signature verification code (ironically also by sun microsystems) I don't have access to. You can try Fugu instead which uses OpenSSH.
