ok so every pack ive found has more than one dock icon option in it (different colors) and i cant figure out how to make that work for me. Please help me! (still very *n00b*)

im useing photoshop elements 2.0 and i can use .jpg .png .tiff Ive been useing .jpg because ive been using screenshots of my ducks that i make and then using those, i did the same thing for my emoticons which is why those dont work. i dont know how to do it otherwise. *im a n00b*
