Worked a treat thanks - Although I don't actually remember ever opening up the hosts file to add that stuff in, did one the 1.3 betas do it automatically?

I found I could get to the login.live.com page if I used the IP address rather than the domain name, even though the domain name resolves...

You've got to remember that there is a new MSN protocol on its way as well and to be honest who knows if the current MSN11 and the new one are compatible?

I've been running the patched version that dumbkid posted and I haven't run in to any problems yet other than amps (&) and things not displaying properly.

The online/idle/away status's have been broken for a while now in SVN (which this has been built off) so I guess its a core developer issue ... I have made a trac ticket about it so hopefully it'll be fixed sometime

would it be possible to get the code uploaded as a torrent? It would save zerock's bandwidth and would be faster as well Just a thought thanks for all your work on this its awesome! btw which version of the SVN is it built off?
