I've also disabled growlmail and greatly miss it! I also have letterbox 0.22 installed and disabled that too. Now Mail is running normally!

Although, my Mail wasn't crashing once I upgraded GPGMail to the current version. But it was greatly slowing down and html mails didn't display properly.
