No, i'm not - but I think I have figured it out. You can only move contacts around if they are actually online. How do you create a sound pack?? I have downloaded a couple off the xtras site but i want to customise what sounds play for certain events - i.e. i don't want a sound every time someone sends a message, only at the start of a convo or if someone comes online. Anyone help me here?
