The same thing is happening to me. It doesn't unblock all my blocked contacts, just one (but always the same). I'm using Adium 1.3.6.

Look at the screenshot above, the name of the group is touching the window title bar. Is this an accident or is it intended to be this way?

Personally I find it ugly. It looks like a glitch.

This was first seen in 1.3, and is not fixed in 1.3.1
