Buddy Icon

Hi there. I'm pretty new to Adium and would like to ask how I could change my Buddy Icon in the program? I'm on OS X, 10.3. I would appreciate the help. And is there a place where I can download Adium Buddy Icon? (If such thing even existed) Thanks, all, for responding. :oops:
