What I meant was that "normally" doesn't indicate what the alternatives are. It doesn't say in what aspect it's "normal" until you click it.

The window layer (on top, normal, below) setting isn't very intuitive since the default setting is "normally" which gives "show the contact list normally". It doesn't say normal in what way. Could be "or just when I've incoming messages", or something like that. I'm jus...
