Restart and reload meaning reinstall of Adium?

If I try to change the font, and then send a message like the wiki says to, it changes back to the default as soon as I type something. It doesn't seem to work when I change the font at the end and try to send then either.

Any suggestions?

If the wiki is the way it's supposed to be done, how can you set the font for the display box where you see your own text as you type?

I was having the same problem. I don't see where you can set the color for ingoing and outgoing text.

Incoming used to be set in advanced, but is gone now (fewer advanced settings).
Outgoing used to be set in the Messages tab, but was removed? Is there a new way to do it that I just can't find?

Using "Com"+"T", the document color is always the same as the text color, and affects the text if I change it. I thought that seemed wrong, but couldn't see a way to fix it. As for Formatting.plist in ~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Default doesn't exist, and there isn't ...
